Each FTP Today server is connected to our network via a 1000 megabit switch port. Our redundant firewalls protect all our servers with a throughput spec of 500 megabits per second. From there our FTP hosting network is unparalleled in the FTP hosting industry, featuring multi-homed bandwidth with multiple gigabit connections. We route traffic over major first-tier Internet backbones, with no low-quality bandwidth and plenty of network capacity for maximum reliability and scalability.

In addition, FTP Today carefully monitors bandwidth usage so that no one FTP site hosted by FTP Today can be adversely affected by another FTP Today customer. In short, we don't oversell our servers and we don't oversell our network capacity. There is never a bottleneck with FTP Today, unlike our typical competitor with limited networks, throttled bandwidth or simultaneous connection limits.
