Auto-Expiring User Accounts

A User account can be pre-configured to automatically suspend or "expire" on a date in the future. This is a great feature to use when you believe that the user you are creating might be a one-time user. For example, you need to deliver a file to them today but you don't expect to do so again in the near future.

Even better, you can also configure this User's Private Workspace to automatically send him or her an Email Alert as soon as you upload the deliverable file to their home directory. This way you have not only created a temporary account, but you have also automatically sent them an email notification to come and get their file(s).
