Unlimited WorkspacesWith Unlimited Workspaces, we put the power in your hands to organize folders in a manner that suits your business and manage which users have access to the files in those folders. User GroupsThe Group concept is synonymous with Private and Shared Workspaces (see below), both key features of FTP Today's FlexFTP platform. Private WorkspacesEach User (FTP Account login) you create will start out with a Private Workspace. You can then assign them to other Workspaces and can assign them a different Home Directory. Shared WorkspacesCreate FTP Workspaces and then assign which Users will have access (and visibility) to those Workspaces (folders). In addition, set different levels of Access Permissions to different Users. Workspace Access PermissionsGranular FTP access permissions can be assigned to each User within each Workspace. These include access settings to allow or disallow Uploads, Downloads or the Deleting of files. Multiple Adminstrators Any User can be made a Site Adminstrator when they are first created or at a later date. All Site Administrators have full Upload, Download and Delete privileges in every Workspace. Auto-Expiring User Accounts Configure a User to auto-suspend on a certain future calendar date to prevent a person from using the site later on. Great for one-time deliveries when combined with instant Upload notification email. Configurable Email Alerts Workspace email alerts can be triggered based on Disk Usage, Uploads or Downloads. Timing can be set to instantaneous, hourly or daily. Detailed Audit Reports Going far beyond simple transfer logs, FTP Today provides both live and on demand configurable reports detailing Who is online, What they are doing now plus What they have done, and When. Require Strong Passwords As a Site Administrator, you can set all new User Passwords to require a combination of upper-case, lower-case and numbers or symbols. Automatic File Deletion Files on the FTP site can be auto-deleted x-days after they were uploaded. This is controlled at either the site level or the Workspace level.
