We understand the frustrations people can have when they are forced to deal with technical support that is outsourced overseas. Though they may be "educated", using cheap labor who work off written scripts is not our idea of support.

We provide context sensitive help within our Site Admin systems and our Web FTP Client.  We provide an up-to-date online knowledgebase, troubleshooter and ticket system. But, if you have to call for any reason the call is toll-free and you will be talking directly to the people that run the systems. We are large enough to have dedicated specialists at all levels, but small enough to offer personal service.
