In addition, Peak10 manages its own network backbone (shown here) that consists of a multi-carrier, redundant configuration to ensure there is no single point-of-failure.

Fast and Reliable DNS

FTP Today's DNS is built on the UltraDNS global directory platform, consisting of strategically placed network nodes. Traditional DNS infrastructure routes requests randomly. UltraDNS routes them to the nearest available node through IP Anycast and our proprietary technology. This means our customers receive the closest, quickest, most accurate DNS response.
 

Emergency Communication Channels 

FTP Today also takes further steps to assure that all customer contact channels remain open in the case of an unforseen event in its Cincinnati FTP hosting data center. Our website, email and support ticketing systems are located with another data center provider in Lexana, Kansas.
