Each FTP Today server is connected to our Cisco-powered network via a 100 megabit switch port. From there our FTP hosting network is unparalleled in the FTP hosting industry, featuring multi-homed bandwidth with multiple gigabit connections to over 40 networks. We route traffic over major first-tier web hosting service backbone networks such as UUNet/MCI, Level 3, NTT/Verio, and AboveNet, with no low-quality bandwidth and plenty of network capacity for maximum reliability and scalability.

In addition, FTP Today carefully monitors each server to assure that all customer FTP sites sharing the same switch port are not adversely affected by any other customer's traffic. In fact, monitors indicate that none of our servers have ever bursted above 15% of their 100 megabit capacity. This means that your FTP site can burst up to the full 100 megabits any time it needs it!
