Do I get a partial refund when I cancel my service?

No. FTP Today does not refund or pro-rate any final charges upon termination.*

Whether you are terminating a month-to-month account or an annual prepaid account, you should do so on the last day of your billing cycle to avoid any "penalty" (lack of pro-rated refund). FTP Today also allows termination on the first day of your next billing cycle without charge if you contact us that day (or the next business day if this falls on a weekend or holiday).

If you are terminating an annual prepaid account, you have received a significant discount for your annual pre-commitment, therefore there is again no refund for early termination.

* The only exception to this rule is if you are upgrading an annual prepaid account to a higher paid plan. In this case a pro-rated credit will be applied to your first invoice at the new rate because you will also be starting a new billing cycle as of the date of the upgrade.
