FTP Today drops support for end of life versions of Internet Explorer

As of January 12, 2016, MIcrosoft formally dropped support for all versions of Internet Explorer prior to version 11. There are a few temporary exceptions, such as IE9 on Vista. Download Multiple Files & Folders Using the WebApp

Users of the FTP Today WebApp can now select multiple files and folders from the current directory and then click the Download button. This will automatically create a Zip file with the contents selected. Once downloaded, the standard Zip file can be easily opened or extracted to their local file system.

FTP Today is deeply concerned about your FTP site's overall security. Whether or not you realize it, hackers are constantly scanning public IP addresses world wide and attempting to find systems that they can penetrate. Some of you have noticed a large amount of this activity in your downloadable FTP logs. Most often the unwanted activity is on port 22, with the perpetrator programmatically attempting username/password combinations until they eventually give up.

Updates to Log History

As of December 12, 2012, the following updates have been made to the Log History system. As a reminder, the log_history workspace contains detailed logs of all activity on your site. These logs are contain a complete history of all activity since the site was first provisioned, whereas detail reports on the Reports tab only go back up to 90 days.
